Michael is a member of the John Maxwell Team and a certified professional Speaker, Coach and Trainer. He has over 15 years of experience as an athlete and has a passion for serving individuals and businesses grow to their potential. Michael is active in the community and speaks on Leadership Development, The Dynamics of Teamwork, Embracing Change, Personal Growth, and Living with Purpose.
KRISTEN TETTEH
Kristen speaks about the empowerment of women around the world. She directs communications for the Washington Global Health Alliance where she manages WGHA’s community partnership with the Seattle Sounders FC. Kristen was honored by Seattle Met Magazine as the 2013 “Emerging Leader” in the Light a Fire awards. She was featured in the book, “Ten Ways to Change the World in Your 20s”. She shared a speaking platform with former Secretary of State Madeline Albright and has spoken at events for World Vision, Seattle CityClub, Washington Women’s Foundation and the Northwest Development Officers Association. She received a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Seattle Pacific University. Kristen and her husband Michael live in West Seattle with their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Finnley.

Chaitra Vedullapalli – is currently CMO and Co Founder of Meylah. Meylah.com. Meylah is an online ecommerce platform for local businesses. Chaitra has a proven track record of enabling global transformations, architecting innovative business models and leading communities with excellence. She is recognized as Top 100 Small business influencer in US. She was a Senior Director of WW Sales and Marketing Communications, where she led social enterprise implementations and shaped Microsoft Customer and Partner Self Service Experience, which impacted over 10M Customers and 1M Partners. Chaitra has also served as Director of Licensing and PartnerNetwork at Oracle where her projects drove licensing simplification and enabled state of the art innovations in the Partner Self Service Experience.
Chaitra holds a patent in WebMethods and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore. Chaitra is known for her thought leadership and contributed to TED events to disseminate and share innovative ideas. For over 25 years Lars has been actively implementing organizational transformation through the collective power of small teams, groups and large corporations. Lars has broad and deep computer and network communications integration experience with exceptional program and project management expertise. A former manager at Accenture, Lars' clients have included Costco, Starbucks, Microsoft, AT&T and T-Mobile as well as many, many other - often - much smaller, firms. One of his key skills is the ability to quickly gain a holistic view of processes and how people are using them. Currently, Lars is a Sr. Consultant at Lapchis Consulting, a small Information Technology consulting firm based in Seattle. Lars has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of California at Davis.
